- Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr; mix well. Dredge pork chops in misture; shake off excess.
- Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Brown chops for 1-2 min per side.
- Remove from heat, squeeze lemon over top and serve.
