Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt lb. cake mix - (16 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Beat first 6 ingredients at low speed with an electric mixer 30 seconds; beat at medium speed 3 min. Pour batter into a greased and floured 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in dish on a wire rack. Drizzle with Lemon Glaze. Cut into squares.
  3. For Lemon Glaze: Stir together all ingredients. (Makes 1/2 c.)
  4. This recipe yields 12 servings.
