Ingredientes

  • 1 x Lemon, large, juice of
  • 1/4 c. Butter, scant
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 x Egg yolks, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Strain lemon juice into saucepan, then add in other ingredients. Beat over fire till warm but don't let boil. When fully warm, remove from fire, mix with the beaten yolks of two Large eggs and serve at once. Good for fine flavored fishes such as Kingfish
