Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 x Lemons, grated rind & juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. White sugar
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk Healthy pinch of salt

Direcciones

  1. Add in rind and juice to egg yolks; stir in flour and sugar slowly. Beat well and add in lowfat milk slowly. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the mix. Pour into a greased casserole set in a pan of water and bake 45 min till set at 325F.
