Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. CRISCO(r) Oil
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel (optional)
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 tsp dry tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 x cod, halibut or possibly haddock steaks (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 2/3 c. warm cooked rice (cooked without salt or possibly fat)

Direcciones

  1. Combine oil, lemon peel, if you like, lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper in shallow baking dish. Stir to mix well.
  2. Place fish in lemon juice mix. Turn to coat. Chill 30 min, turning after 15 min.
  3. Prepare grill or possibly heat broiler.
  4. Remove fish from marinade; throw away marinade. Grill or possibly broil 3 to 5 min per side or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with warm rice.
