Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. self raising flour
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. castor sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till thick and pale. Add in egg and lemon rind, mix well. Add in sifted flour and stir to combine.
  2. Spoon tsp. size portions onto a lightly greased baking tray. Sprinkle lightly with sugar, Bake 350 F for 15 min till golden brown.
