Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All purpose flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat lemon or possibly plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Shredded zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350f. Spray 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, butter, lemon peel and lemon juice; blend well.
  2. Add in to dry ingredients; stir just till moistened. Stir in zucchini. Spread batter in spray-coated pan. Bake at 350f for 30 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
