Lemonade Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredientes

  • Ready-made graham cracker crust,
  • or 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 3 T sugar, and 4 T melted butter
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 3.4 oz. lemon pudding
  • 1 T lemon zest
  • 16 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 12 oz. can lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cool Whip

Direcciones

  1. In a 9 inch aluminum pan, mix the crumbs, butter and sugar together and press into the pan. Place in freezer.
  2. Mix cream cheese with vanilla until soft and fluffy.
  3. Combine other ingredients together in a bowl and add to cream cheese.
  4. Beat until completely combined, pour into crust.
  5. Freeze for 8 hours or more.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
