Ingredientes

  • 1 c. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 x strips lemon rind (yellow part only) 2" long

  1. To make the Sugar Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1/2 c. water, and lemon rind. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cold. (Makes 1 c.)
  2. In a large pitcher, combine 2 qts cool water, sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Add in ice, and serve in tall glasses
  3. This recipe yields about 2 qts.
  4. Yield: 2 qts
