Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Light cream, half-and -half or possibly whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 3 ounce Fettuccine, linguine or possibly other pasta
  • 1/2 c. Loose-packed frzn peas
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2 Tbsp. Broken pecans or possibly walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Let the light cream, half-and-half, or possibly whipping cream and margarine or possibly butter come to room temperature (allow about 30 min). Meanwhile, cook pasta, adding peas the last 5 min of cooking. Drain immediately in a colander. Return pasta and pas to the hot saucepan. add in the room-temperature cream and margarine, the Parmesan cheese, and lemon peel to the pasta. Toss gently until pasta and peas are well coated. Transfer to hot individual plates. Sprinkle with pecans or possibly walnuts. Serve immediately.
