Receta Lentil, Roasted Turnip and Chard Soup
Ingredientes
- Bunch of baby turnips (I used about 7 or 8)
- Splash of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, diced finely
- 4 gloves garlic, minced
- 5-6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. coriander
- 1 ½ cup green lentils
- Bunch of chard, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1-2+ teaspoons of hot sauce(I'm very liberal with my hot sauce)
