Ingredientes

  • Yellow lentil 30 gr
  • Onion 10 gr
  • Carrot 10 gr
  • Celery 10 gr
  • Tomato 10 gr
  • Butter 20 gr
  • Chicken stock 1 lt
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Datilina pasta 10 gr
  • Olive oil 1 cl
  • lemon 1
  • Chick peas 30 gr

Direcciones

  1. Saute the onions, carrots, celery and bay leaf, add the lentils, tomato and chicken stock, leave to cook, add seasoning when the lentil are half cooked.
  2. When cooke blend and pass through a chinois, check the seasoning.
  3. Garnish with datilina pasta, chick peas, a drop of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
