2 lb fingerling potatoes Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

Toss potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min, then increase the temperature to 450 and bake another 5 min.
