  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch

  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili - 2 no
  • Spinach -1/2 bunch chopped Or Frozen
  • Onion - 1 no , chopped
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
