- Salt- to taste
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch

- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili - 2 no
- Spinach -1/2 bunch chopped Or Frozen
- Onion - 1 no , chopped
