Ingredientes

  • 1 x Unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell 4-c. volume refrigerated, frzn or possibly homemade
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 can LIBBY'S Solid Pack Pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1 x 12 ounce. can Undiluted CARNATION evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. PREPARE pie shell. Preheat oven to 425'F.
  2. BEAT Large eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. (If using metal or possibly foil pan, bake on preheated HEAVY-DUTY baking sheet.)
  3. BAKE for 15 min at 425'F. Reduce temperature to 350'F.; bake for 40-50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold on wire rack. Top with Reddi-Whip.
