%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3%20pints%20Sour%20Cream%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4-5%20cups%207%20UP%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3/4%20lb.%20Margarine%20+%201/4%20lb.%20melted%20margarine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20mixed%20the%20sour%20cream%20into%20the%20mix%20until%20it%20was%20just%20combined,%20then%20added%20the%207%20UP%20and%20mixed%20it%20together,%20decided%20it%20was%20a%20little%20dry,%20so%20I%20added%20a%20little%20more%20soda.%20%20Dumped%20it%20out%20onto%20a%20sheet%20pan%20with%20some%20more%20mix%20on%20it,%20and%20kneaded%20it%20just%20a%20little,%20just%20until%20it%20came%20together%20and%20I%20could%20pat%20it%20out%20and%20cut%20them%20into%20squares.%20%20%20I%20ended%20up%20with%20just%20over%2080%20biscuits.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMelt%20the%20butter%20and%20divide%20it%20between%20the%20baking%20sheets.%20%20I%20used%20three%20pans,%20as%20well%20as%20a%20half%20sheet%20pan.%20%20%20%20I%20melted%20an%20additional%201/4%20lb,%20(1%20stick)%20of%20margarine%20and%20drizzled%20it%20over%20the%20tops.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20were%20baked%20at%20400%20degrees%20in%20a%20convection%20oven%20for%20about%2012-15%20minutes%20or%20until%20I%20decided%20they%20were%20done.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20they%20were%20very%20good.%20%20Light,%20airy%20and%20yet%20substantial.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20now%20for%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20meal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECarrots%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECabbage%20%20and%20there%20was%20a%20small%20pot%20of%20Collards%20as%20well,%20but%20the%20steam%20rising%20up%20from%20them,%20fogged%20the%20camera%20lens.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20you'll%20just%20have%20to%20take%20my%20word%20for%20it.%20%20%20It%20was%20there.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20some%20semi-homemade%20applesauce%20to%20go%20with%20the%20pork%20chops.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20when%20I%20say%20semi-home%20made,%20I%20mean%20I%20peeled%20and%20cooked%20down%20some%20apples,%20sweetened%20them%20a%20little,%20and%20added%20them%20to%20some%20commercial%20applesauce.%20%20%20There%20was%20also%20a%20little%20cinnamon%20added%20for%20taste,%20about%20a%20tablespoon%20or%20so.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20you%20can%20see,%20the%20steam%20was%20rising%20and%20the%20shot%20isn't%20that%20good,%20but%20the%20chops%20were.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20didn't%20bother%20taking%20a%20picture%20of%20the%20rice,%20cause%20gee,%20you%20probably%20know%20what%20rice%20looks%20like.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20we%20had%20desserts%20as%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20all%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20was%20tired%20after%20it%20all.%20%20%20But%20thanks%20to%20a%20great%20group%20of%20volunteers%20who%20helped%20cook,%20and%20best%20of%20all,%20clean%20up,%20we%20had%20a%20great%20meal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20don't%20know%20about%20them,%20but%20I%20had%20fun.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20get%20to%20do%20them%20again%20next%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20far%20the%20menu%20plan%20involves%20Baked%20Chicken,%20Seasoned%20Potatoes,%20Green%20Beans%20and%20dessert.%20%20%20%20But%20it%20is%20also%20subject%20to%20change%20without%20notice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'll%20update%20you%20next%20week...%20%20%20Just%20as%20soon%20as%20I%20rest%20up%20a%20little.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
