  • 2 Tbsp. SUGAR
  • 4 tsp BAKING Pwdr
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 2 x EGG
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. OIL

  1. Heat BUTTER. COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING Pwdr AND SALT. BEAT TOGETHER MELTED BUTTER, Lowfat milk AND EGG. STIR WET INGREDIENTS INTO DRY MIX Till JUST COMBINED. IT'S ALL RIGHT IF THE BATTER IS STILL LUMPY. HEAT A LARGE FRY PAN Or possibly GRIDDLE. BRUSH PAN WITH SOME OIL. POUR BATTER BY SCANT 1/4 CUPFULS ONTO Warm PAN. COOK Till BUBBLES BREAK, THEN TURN OVER AND COOK Till UNDERSIDE IS Golden brown. REPEAT WITH REMAINING BATTER, BRUSHING PAN WITH OIL AS NEEDED.
