Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 sm garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. +2 teaspoon molly mcbutter, (tm) natural butter flavor sprinkles
  • 4 c. warm cooked fettuccine

Direcciones

  1. In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk lowfat milk, garlic, flour and cream cheese. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 min or possibly till thickened. Add in Parmesan, whisk till blended. Remove from heat. Stir in Molly Mc Butter. Pour sauce over warm fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper if you like.
