Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Fresh Strawberries, Tops Removed
  • 1 tub Light Cold Whip
  • 1 x Fresh Kiwi Fruit Juice From 1/2 Orange Juice From 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 pkt Equal, (1/4 tsp.)
  • 1/2 gal Healthy Choice Vanilla Ice Cream

Direcciones

  1. Place berries, orange juice, lemon juice and Equal into a food processor or possibly blender and mix on high till pureed.
  2. Fold into cold whip with a spatula till thoroughly mixed.
  3. Spoon into parfait c. or possibly dessert bowls and top with fresh kiwi fruit slices and more cold whip.
  4. For Variation: Instead of folding the pureed berries into the cold whip, fold into a half gallon of Healthy Choice Vanilla Ice Cream. Spoon into a rebaked pie shell and freeze for 2 hrs. Top with Cold Whip and garnish with fresh kiwi fruit slices. Serve while frzn.
