Ingredientes

  • 2 env Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 1/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1/3 c. Hershey's European Cocoa Or possibly Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 dsh Salt Granulated sugar substitute equal to 14 tsp. sugar
  • 8 lrg Ice cubes

Direcciones

  1. In blender container, sprinkle gelatin over cool water; let stand 4 min to soften. Gently stir with rubber spatula, scraping gelatin particles off sides; add in boiling water to gelatin mix. Cover; blend till gelatin dissolves. Add in lowfat milk pwdr, cocoa, vanilla and salt; blend on medium speed till well mixed. Add in sugar substitute and ice cubes; blend on high speed till ice is crushed and mix is smooth and fluffy. Immediately pour into 4-c. mold. Cover; chill till hard. Unmold onto serving plate.
  2. Makes 8 servings.
  3. NOTE: Eight individual dessert dishes may be used in place of 4-c. mold, if you like.
