Ingredientes

  • 1 c. self rising corn meal
  • 1/2 c. self rising flour
  • 1 med. onion, minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 2 ounce any kind beer
  • 1 egg
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • Less than 1/2 pt. buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Stir all ingredients together. Add in buttermilk last. Batter will be thick. Chill 30 min before using. Take out, roll in medium size balls, drop in Fry Baby with oil till brown.
