Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Fresh squeezed lime juice - (4 limes)
  • 2 Tbsp. Tequila
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh coriander
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add in extra virgin olive oil and stir after each addition. Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle over grilled fish before serving.
