Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. light rum
  • 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 8 tsp apricot-flavored brandy
  • 8 tsp Triple Sec Ice cubes as needed
  • 1 x lime sliced thin rounds

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in small pitcher till sugar dissolves. Fill 4 small glasses with ice. Pour rum mix over ice. Garnish with lime rounds.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  3. Comments: At the restaurant this is called the Periodista ("journalist") because drinking it loosens the lips.
