Lindsay’s Crockpot Baby Back Ribs

I have a friend, her name is Lyndsay, and though we’ve never met, we are kindred food spirits–if that makes any sense. Lindsay and her husband live in Utah and she has great recipes and a blog to share them on. Recently we were going back and forth about who knows what and she offered to send me this recipe. Crockpot Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS:

Place the onions on the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper and rub with brown sugar. Coat on both sides. Place in crock pot. Pour juice over the ribs and drop sliced garlic into the liquid. Cook on low for 5 hours. Then drain most of the liuuid out of the crock pot and pour bbq sauce over the top. Cook on low for another hour. Enjoy!!
