Ingredientes

  • Large eggs
  • Cheese, shredded
  • Linquica, minced fine
  • Onions, minced fine
  • Bell Peppers, minced fine
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Place butter and oil in skillet, add in onion, pepper and linquica.
  2. Saute/fry over high heat for several min till lightly browned. Add in cheese.
  3. Beat Large eggs together lightly and pour over ingredients gathered together into center of skillet. Cut quickly in half and fold over.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve straoght away.
