- Rinse clams, drain and set aside. In a saute/fry pan, heat the oil. Add in the garlic and lightly toss till golden. Add in the littleneck clams, cover and steam till the clams open. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer 3 to 4 min.
- Serve over medium-size cooked linguini, cooked al dente.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
