Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Coarsely minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • 1 pkt Butter pecan cake mix

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350. Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a small bowl. Spread onto bottom of ungreased 9X13" pan. Make cake as per box directions and pour over pecan mix. Bake as directed on package. Run knife around edges to loosen, immediately invert onto serving pan. Leave pan over cake for 5 min, then remove. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  2. NOTES : May substitute butter recipe yellow cake mix if you cannot find pecan. Nice with cinnamon whipped cream. Just add in a tsp. of cinnamon to a container of cold whip.
