Ingredientes

  • 18 1/4 ounce white cake mix
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 ounce nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 6 ounce coconut (frzn)
  • 1 1/2 c. Cold whip Lite(r)

Direcciones

  1. 1 Prepare cake mix according to directions, using a 2 egg carton of egg substitute if you like. Bake in two 9 inch round layers; split layers horizontally when cold to make 4 layers.
  2. 2 Blend together sugar, lowfat sour cream and coconut and chill. Spread all but 1 c. of this mix between the layers. Blend the remaining c. of mix with the whipped topping and spread on the top and sides of the cake. Seal cake in airtight container and chill for at least one to three days before serving.
  3. Makes 1 -9 inch 4 layer cake
