Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cottage cheese, 1/2% fat, small curd
  • 2 x Egg whites, or possibly 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Pot boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Mix cottage cheese and egg. Add in flour and salt and knead till the mix is no longer sticky. Roll out dough into balls slightly smaller than golf balls. Roll them in flour to coat. Drop in boiling water and cook for 12 min. Drain and serve.
