Ingredientes

  • 1/2 doz Large eggs
  • 3 x to 4 Tbs. sugar healthy pinch salt
  • 1 x & 1/2 ounce. brandy (I've never used this)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr about 2 c. flour oil for deep frying Confectioner's sugar

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs till foamy. Add in sugar, salt, brandy, butter and baking pwdr. Add in sufficient flour to make a stiff, but easily handled, dough.
  2. Roll very thin. Cut into diamond shapes. Make a slit in the center of the diamond; pull one end through. Fry in warm oil till golden brown.
  3. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
