- Beat Large eggs till foamy. Add in sugar, salt, brandy, butter and baking pwdr. Add in sufficient flour to make a stiff, but easily handled, dough.
- Roll very thin. Cut into diamond shapes. Make a slit in the center of the diamond; pull one end through. Fry in warm oil till golden brown.
- Dust with confectioner's sugar.
