Receta Liver & Onions Italian Style

- Coat liver in mix of flour, salt and pepper and set aside. Cook onions in extra virgin olive oil till tender. Remove onions from pan and add in liver. Brown liver on both sides over medium heat. Add in onions in pan with liver and add in 1/2 c. marsala wine. Bring to boil, cook 1 minute and serve. Don't over cook. (You may add in 8 ounces liquid removed mushrooms with the wine.) Serves 4 to 5.
