Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 x 9" unbaked pastry shell
  • 3 x Tomatoes, peeled, minced and liquid removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Warm water Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry basil, crushed
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Scatter Gruyere cheese over pastry shell. Spread layer of tomatoes over cheese. Add in onion, that has been soaked in warm water till softened.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add in basil. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together and pour over tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F 45 min, or possibly till done.
