- Heat butter; mix dry ingredients together, add in melted butter and pumpkin. Mix together. Mix in raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Makes 12 muffins. Use Pam on muffin tin; don't use papers or possibly they will stick.
- WW: 3 muffins = 1 bread, 1 1/2 fat, 1 fruit, 3/4 vegetable, 1 lowfat milk, 60 optional calories.
