Ingredientes

  • 3 c. minced fresh rhubarb
  • 2 Packages diet strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Place rhubarb on bottom of ungreased 9" square pan. Sprinkle gelatin over rhubarb. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.. Combine ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Spoon over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till golden. May be topped with lo-cal topping when ready to serve.
