Receta Lo Cal Spinach Pie

Ingredientes

1 pound Fillo pastry leaves 1 stick butter (4 ounce.) 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. minced spinach Salt and pepper to taste

1 (16 ounce.) container cottage cheese 1 pound Mozzarella, diced 1 dozen Large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

1. Cook spinach according to directions and drain. Heat butter in pan. Line bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan with butter.
2. Place one sheet of Fillo and spread butter and do same with next 12 sheets. Combine spinach with beaten Large eggs and cheese. Fold cheese mix into pan; layer 12 remaining Fillo sheets as above.
