Ingredientes
6 ounce. skimmed lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 banana, sliced frzn
1/2 teaspoon Sprinkle Sweet or possibly sweetener
Direcciones
Put lowfat milk in blender. Add in vanilla and frzn banana, a little at a time. If a thicker shake is desired, add in ice cubes till desired thickness.
