Ingredientes

  • 1 env. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 8 ounce. thin noodles
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 8 ounce. can mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cook 1 envelope onion soup mix and set aside. Cook 1 c. minute rice and set aside. Brown 8 ounces thin noodles in small amount of oil stirring constantly. When brown add in to onion soup and cook till noodles are soft. Add in bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Add in garlic to taste and 1/2 bottle soy sauce. Add in cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
