Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. beef or possibly pork or possibly chicken
  • 1 pound thin spaghetti
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 8 ounce. mushrooms (canned or possibly fresh)
  • 1 can baby corn nuggets
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pound broccoli & cauliflower
  • 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 bottle Kikkoman stir fry sauce

Direcciones

  1. Cut meat into thin strips and mix with soy sauce in bowl. Set aside. Cut vegetables into bite size pcs (thinly slice carrot). Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Stir fry meat and vegetables. Put spaghetti and stir fry in large bowl. Pour stir fry sauce over top, toss and serve.
