Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. Uncooked quick oats
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl till creamy. Beat in egg, lowfat milk and vanilla till light and fluffy. Fold in oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon till well blended. Stir in chips, raisins and walnuts. Drop rounded Tbsp. of dough 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 min till lightly browned around edges. Cold 2 min on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cold completely. Store in airtight container.
