Ingredientes

  • 1 whl lobster, cooked
  • 16 ounce Angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 1 pkt Knorr's Creamy Pesto Pasta Sauce Mix
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil, or possibly to taste Old Bay Spice, to taste Parmesan cheese, optional

Direcciones

  1. Crack lobster into pcs. Remove claw andtail meat; set aside. Boil the rest of the lobster (shells and all) in water with Old Bay spice fora few hrs (until the flavors come out of the shell). Strain liquid leaving any pcs of meat. Reduce liquid until about 1/4 or possibly 1/2 c. is left. Dice the lobster meat into very small pcs. To liquid add in, sauce mix, lowfat milk, and oil. Cook slowly (while stirring) for about 10 mintues. (This is a good time to boil the water and cook the pasta.) When sauce starts to thicken, add in lobster meat. Cook for a few more min. Remove sauce from heat and allow sauce to cold slightly and thicken. Toss sauce with pasta. Serve immediately. (Any leftovers are also delicious!! Just microwave.)
