Receta Lobster and Corn Bruschetta

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

2. Saute the onions, corn and capsicum for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Mix the garam masala powder and cream in a bowl.

4. Add to the pan and cook for a minute.

5. Add lobster, coriander leaves and spring onions.

6. Stir well.

7. Add salt and pepper powder.

8. Reduce flame and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.

9. Spoon over the lobster and corn mixture on the baguette slices.

11. Garnish with an avocado slice and serve at once. Lobster and Corn Bruschetta, 4.0 out of 5 based on 1 rating
