Ingredientes

  • 1 x Lobster, cleaned and split in half lenthwise
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
  • 2 x Red chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated, fresh Parmasano Reggiano
  • 2 Tbsp. White wine

Direcciones

  1. Place split lobsters and claws in 400 oven for 10 min. Remove meat, break into bite-size pcs, and set aside. Be sure not to break the large outer shells.
  2. Brown garlic and parsely in butter and oil. Add in tomato sauce, chili peppers, oregano, and salt and pepper, to taste. Simmer for 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat, add in lobster meat, cheese, and wine. Blend well and fill lobster shells with the mix. Bake, uncovered, in 300 oven for 25 min.
