Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound Lobster Delights
  • Salt, pepper, Tabasco

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter, saute/fry minced green onions and flour. Cook 1 minute. Add in white wine, evaporated lowfat milk, (grated) Swiss cheese, Lobster Delights, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Stir constantly. Don't BOIL. Pour over Pepperidge Farm Pattie Shells.
