Ingredientes

  • 2 c. cool boiled lobster meat
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Few grains cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Cut lobster in chunks. Heat 1/4 c. butter, add in lobster and saute/fry in butter for 1 minute, tossing lightly. Pour sherry over lobster, let stand. Put heavy cream in double boiler. Add in salt, cayenne and paprika. Add in lobster mix to cream sauce. Cook 10 to 15 min. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hrs before serving.
