Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 loaf sliced bread

Direcciones

  1. Heat cheese and butter in double boiler; stir till smooth. Stir in salt and lobster meat. Remove crusts from bread. Place slices between waxed paper; roll out thin with rolling pin. Place generous amount of lobster mix on each bread slice. Roll up each slice; wrap in waxed paper. Freeze overnight.
  2. Remove from freezer when ready to serve. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Rolls may be cut into bits or possibly bite-sized pcs and served with toothpicks. Yield: 30 slices.
