Lobster Rolls

Expensive, but delicious. Can substitute shrimp.

Ingredientes

  • 2 T butter
  • 1.5 lb. cooked lobster, chopped
  • 3/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup minced celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 T fresh garlic slivers
  • 1 T chopped parsley
  • 2-3 scallions, diced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Tabasco to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 egg bread rolls

Direcciones

  1. Lightlly saute lobster in butter, let cool. Toss together rest of ingredients, fold on lobster.
  2. Serve on toasted egg bread buns or buns of choice.
