Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. lobster tail (frzn) tail only
  • 1/4 c. white table wine
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Old Bay (sprinkle)

Direcciones

  1. Thaw lobster, cut shell and pull out about 1/4 inch of the meat. Lay on top. Season with wine, butter, and Old Bay. Put under broiler for 12 to 20 min. Careful not to broil too long.
