Ingredientes

  • 1 x 9-inch deep dish pie shell uncooked and well chilled
  • 12 x bacon slices
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pch of nutmeg
  • 1 pch of sugar
  • 1 pch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 x grated sharp cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Fry bacon till crispy. Crumble. Beat together slightly the Large eggs, cream and dry ingredients.
  2. Place bacon on bottom of pie shell. Take refrigerateoff liquid mix on stove and add in cheese. Pour over bacon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Then at 300 degrees for 40 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
