Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound fresh or possibly smoked salmon, shredded
  • 4 med. tomatoes, diced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/3 c. green onions, minced
  • 1 tbsp. coarse salt
  • 1 c. crushed ice

Direcciones

  1. Lomi (massage or possibly rub) salt and minced onion together. Set salted onion aside for 15 min. Combine salmon, salted onion, and tomatoes. Refrigerate2 to 3 hrs. Add in crushed ice and green onion; mix well and serve in individual small bowls. Serves 8.
