London Chicken

Ingredientes

  • 24 pcs of chicken (I use skinless, boneless breasts)
  • butter - sufficient to brown chicken
  • 3/4 pound sliced mushrooms (may use canned, liquid removed)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Sherry or possibly white wine to taste (about 1/4 c.)

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken in butter, then brown the mushrooms if using fresh ones. Place chicken in a large casserole. Mix the soups (undiluted) and pour over the chicken. Place mushrooms on top.
  2. Chill. When ready to bake, add in wine, cover the casserole, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 12.
